Successfully represented a client accused of First Degree Intentional Homicide-charge of homicide dismissed. One of few local attorneys experienced in homicide cases.

Successfully argued a second-degree murder case in front of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Argued a case in front of the 8th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Court.  Successful on appeal to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Successful divorce attorney, numerous child custody victories.
