Attorney Pappas' trial experience includes more than a few not guilty verdicts. 

Successfully argued a second-degree murder case in front of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Argued a case in front of the 8th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Court.  Successful on appeal to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Successful divorce attorney, numerous child custody victories.

Successful PI representation, artfully negotiated several cases involving bodily injury and insurance disputes, recently negotiated six-figure settlements.  

In addition, one of few attorneys who has written a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court, known as a writ of certiorari.
